Quality Meat Scotland

Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) is an executive non-departmental public body of the Scottish Government. Its purpose is to support the development of a sustainable, professional, resilient and profitable Scottish red meat industry. Kindle have been working with QMS since 2003 providing design and creative solutions for all key business sectors.

Consumer Marketing

Kindle provide strategic advice and tactical support for consumer focused activity, from bespoke campaigns for the 250+ UK members of The Scotch Butchers Club to dedicated in-store POS for multiple retailers throughout the country.

Health and Education

Supporting the Health and Education team with various creative solutions to ensure school aged children receive the correct information regarding a healthy balanced diet and the role red meat can play in achieving this. Including the creation of the interactive displays at The Royal Highland Show to teaching aids and publications including tactical promotional elements to encourage schools to cook with Scotch Beef PGI, Scotch Lamb PGI and Specially Selected Pork.

We’ve produced over 20 editions of the quarterly Livestock+ magazine - sharing best practice with c10,000 Scottish Livestock businesses.

Monitor farm programme: In 2016, nine farms from across Scotland signed up to the initiative, which was funded by £1.25 million from the Scottish Government and the European Union’s Knowledge Transfer and Innovation Fund. The project was run jointly by QMS and the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB). We created all branding and associated communications materials.
